Infoblox Inc. (BLOX) shares rallied 17.92 percent to $16.45 in post-market trading. Its first quarter net loss widened to $2.4 million or $0.05 per share from $1.8 million or $0.16 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $3 million or $0.06 per share. The company expects the fiscal 2013 adjusted net profit to be in a range of $0.17 to $0.21 per share on revenues of $204 to $208 million compared to the analysts’ estimate of $0.06 per share on revenues of $198.99 million.

Hillenbrand Inc. (HI) shares climbed 9.03 percent to $22.45 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $16.75, a 52-week high of $24.18 and $1.29 billion in market capitalization.

Guess Inc. (GES) shares surged 4.55 percent to $26.40 in post-market trading. Its third quarter net profit sharply declined to $36.65 million or $0.43 per share from $66.30 million or $0.71 per share in the same period last year. Revenues declined 2.2 percent to $628.83 million but topped Reuters’ estimate of $624.54 million.

Western Alliance Bancorp. (WAL) shares gained 3.36 percent to $10.45 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.54, a 52-week high of $10.99 and $873.73 million in market capitalization.

Pandora Media Inc. (P) shares advanced 3.18 percent to $8.44 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Losers

La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB) shares tumbled 13.36 percent to $14.01 in post-market trading. The company reported the second quarter net income of $6.6 million or $0.02 per share, down from $8 million or $0.15 per share in the same period last year and also missed the analysts’ estimate of $0.08 per share.

Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (SHS) shares slumped 8.77 percent to $48.10 in post-market trading. The company confirmed Wednesday that it had received a notice from Danfoss A/S of its intention to launch a tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Sauer-Danfoss at a price of $49.00 per share.

Aeropostale Inc. (ARO) shares plunged 7.58 percent to $13.05 in post-market trading as its fourth quarter earnings outlook fell short of expectations. The company expects the fourth quarter adjusted net profit to be in a range of $0.36 to $0.41 per share, well below Reuters’ estimate of $0.54 per share.

Leapfrog Enterprises Inc. (LF) shares declined 4.47 percent to $8.77 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 4.5 percent in regular trading.
