Gainers

LinkedIn Corp. (LNKD) shares rallied 7.96 percent to $115.35 in post-market trading. The company swung to the third quarter net income of $2.30 million or $0.02 per share compared to the net loss of $1.60 million or $0.02 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $25.14 million or $0.22 per share, up from $6.63 million or $0.06 per share last year and also topped Reuters’ estimate of $0.11 per share. LinkedIn currently expects fiscal 2012 revenue to be in a range of $939 to $944 million, up from prior estimation of $915 to $925 million and above analysts’ estimate of $933.20 million.

Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (OWW) shares surged 5.26 percent to $2.60 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.80, a 52-week high of $4.75 and $259.41 million in market capitalization.

Genpact Ltd. (G) shares surged 3.82 percent to $17.14 in post-market trading. The stock plunged more than 6 percent in regular trading after the company reported that its third quarter net profit declined to $25.2 million or $0.11 per share from $48.0 million or $0.21 per share in the same period last year.

Heckmann Corp. (HEK) shares rose 3.52 percent to $3.53 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.60, a 52-week high of $7.05 and $517.32 million in market capitalization.

Basic Energy Services Inc. (BAS) shares advanced 2.38 percent to $10.75 in post-market trading.

Losers

Active Network Inc. (ACTV) shares tumbled 27.34 percent to $6.75 in post-market trading. Its third quarter net loss widened to $6.02 million or $0.10 per share from $1.43 million or $0.03 per share in the same quarter last year. The company also expects the fiscal 2012 revenue to be in a range of $418 to $422 million, below analysts’ estimate of $431.63 million.

Guess? Inc. (GES) shares slumped 7.92 percent to $23.84 in post-market trading. The company announced the resignations of two of its executive officers, J. Michael Prince, Chief Operating Officer, and Dennis Secor, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Both are leaving to pursue other interests.

Greenway Medical Technologies Inc. (GWAY) shares plunged 5.25 percent to $16.25 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $10.10, a 52-week high of $19.22 and $503.78 million in market capitalization.

Calix, Inc. (CALX) shares fell 5 percent to $6.65 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 5 percent in regular trading.

Fluor Corp. (FLR) shares declined 4.44 percent to $55.10 in post-market trading. Its third quarter net income rose to $144.6 million or $0.86 per share from $135.4 million or $0.78 per share in the same period last year but fell short of analysts’ estimate of $0.97 per share.
