The company reported fourth quarter net income of $18.07 million or $0.79 per share compared to $0.258 million or $0.01 per share in the same quarter last year.

Omega Protein Corp. (NYSE:OME) shares gained 4.74 percent to $12.15 in post market trading session. The company swung to fourth quarter profit of $8.3 million or $0.44 per share compared to a net loss of $2.2 million or $0.12 per share in the same quarter last year.

Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE:BEE) shares advanced 4.74 percent to $6.85 in post market trading session. The company stock was upgraded to “outperform” from “market perform” at Wells Fargo.
