The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net income of $13.3 million or $0.12 per share after the closing bell Thursday, while analysts’ expected net income of 0.07 per share for the quarter. The company also expects fiscal 2012 revenues to be in a range of $840 to $860 million against analysts’ estimation of $828.19 million.
