NQ Mobile currently expects fiscal 2013 revenues to be in a range of $178 to $183 million, up from its prior estimation of $150 to $155 million and above analysts’ estimate of revenues of $153.21 million.

The company announced Wednesday that it won its motion to stay the patent litigation action brought by ST Microelectronics in the Northern District of California due to progress in separate proceedings with the United States Patent Office (USPTO) challenging the validity of all of ST`s asserted patents.

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:MTN) shares rose 2.47 percent to $58.10 in post-market trading. The company reported a second quarter net profit of $60.5 million or $1.65 per share, up from $46.4 million or $1.27 per share in the same period last year.
