The top after-market NYSE gainers Wednesday were NQ Mobile Inc, PAA Natural Gas Storage, InvenSense, Cameco Corp and Vail Resorts. The top after-market NYSE losers were Kayne Anderson MLP Investment, Fidelity National Information Services, MGIC Investment Corp, MPLX LP and FleetCor Technologies.

Gainers

NQ Mobile Inc. (NYSE:NQ) shares rallied 22.46 percent to $10.74 in post-market trading. Its fourth quarter adjusted net profit surged to $0.23 per share from $0.14 per share in the same period last year and also topped analysts' estimate of $0.16 per share. NQ Mobile currently expects fiscal 2013 revenues to be in a range of $178 to $183 million, up from its prior estimation of $150 to $155 million and above analysts’ estimate of revenues of $153.21 million.

PAA Natural Gas Storage, L.P. (NYSE:PNG) shares surged 4.38 percent to $20.50 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $16.51, a 52-week high of $21.82 and $1.66 billion in market capitalization.

InvenSense, Inc. (NYSE:INVN) shares gained 3.29 percent to $11.60 in post-market trading. The company announced Wednesday that it won its motion to stay the patent litigation action brought by ST Microelectronics in the Northern District of California due to progress in separate proceedings with the United States Patent Office (USPTO) challenging the validity of all of ST`s asserted patents.

Cameco Corp. (NYSE:CCJ) shares advanced 3.12 percent to $21.49 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $16.41, a 52-week high of $24.50 and $8.24 billion in market capitalization.

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:MTN) shares rose 2.47 percent to $58.10 in post-market trading. The company reported a second quarter net profit of $60.5 million or $1.65 per share, up from $46.4 million or $1.27 per share in the same period last year.

Losers

Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Co. (NYSE:KYN) shares plunged 5.13 percent to $33.31 in post-market trading. The company announced Wednesday that it has commenced a public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS) shares plunged 3.07 percent to $37.23 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $30.46, a 52-week high of $38.44 and $11.24 billion in market capitalization.

MGIC Investment Corp. (NYSE:MTG) shares fell 2.32 percent to $5.48 in post-market trading. The company announced Wednesday that it priced the public offering and sale of 135 million shares of its common stock at a price of $5.15 per share.

MPLX LP (NYSE:MPLX) shares declined 2.18 percent to $34.53 in post-market trading.  The stock has a 52-week low of $25.35, a 52-week high of $37.04 and $2.61 billion in market capitalization.

FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT) shares declined 2.15 percent to $70.70 in post-market trading. The company announced that stockholders have agreed to sell 4.5 million shares of FleetCor common stock in an underwritten offering.
