Gainers

Pike Electric Corp. (PIKE) shares climbed 7.14 percent to $10.20 in post-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that its Board of Directors had declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share payable Dec. 21, 2012 to all stockholders of record as of Dec. 14, 2012.

Wipro Ltd. (WIT) shares surged 4.53 percent to $9.00 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $7.56, a 52-week high of $11.49 and $21.07 billion in market capitalization.

Esterline Technologies Corp. (ESL) shares gained 4.43 percent to $60.36 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading.

Ion Geophysical Corp. (IO) shares advanced 2.98 percent to $6.22 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.28, a 52-week high of $8.79 and $942.29 million in market capitalization.

EQT Corp. (EQT) shares advanced 2.75 percent to $59.38 in post-market trading. The company stock declined more than 2.5 percent in regular trading after Deutsche Bank lowered EQT Corp’s fiscal 2012 earnings estimate to $1.36 per share from $1.41per share.

Losers

Pandora Media Inc. (P) shares tumbled 17.99 percent to $7.75 in post-market trading. The company expects the fourth quarter non-GAAP net loss to be in a range of $0.06 to $0.09 per share and the full-year loss to be in a range of $0.09 to $0.12 per share, worse than the analysts’ estimate of the fourth quarter loss of $0.02 per share and the full-year loss of $0.06 per share.

Oxford Industries Inc. (OXM) shares tumbled 11.90 percent to $46.50 in post-market trading. The company reported the third quarter adjusted net income of $5 million or $0.19 per share, up from $3 million or $0.16 per share in the same period last year but missed the analysts’ estimate of $0.21 per share.

Tempur-Pedic International Inc. (TPX) shares declined 3.61 percent to $26.42 in post-market trading. The company stock climbed nearly 5 percent in regular trading.

Teavana Holdings Inc. (TEA) shares declined 2.78 percent to $14.00 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $9.75, a 52-week high of $26.03 and $555.74 million in market capitalization.

Allegheny Technologies Inc. (ATI) shares fell 2.73 percent to $25.61 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $25.35, a 52-week high of $53.00 and $2.83 billion in market capitalization.
