Gainers

SAIC Inc. (NYSE:SAI) shares surged 4.21 percent to $13.36 in post-market trading. The company swung to fourth quarter net profit of $182 million or $0.54 per share compared to net loss of $161 million or $0.49 per share and also topped Reuters' estimate of $0.52 per share.

Diana Shipping Inc. (NYSE:DSX) shares surged 4.10 percent to $9.90 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 5 percent in regular trading.

Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (NYSE:OWW) shares gained 2.98 percent to $5.87 in post-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that it has secured new $450 million senior secured term loans consisting of a $150 million Tranche B term loan maturing in September 2017 and a $300 million Tranche C term loan maturing in March 2019.

Nordic American Tankers Ltd. (NYSE:NAT) shares advanced 2.40 percent to $11.53 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.15, a 52-week high of $16.04 and $617.24 million in market capitalization.

BRF Brasil Foods SA (NYSE:BRFS) shares rose 1.52 percent to $21.98 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $13.61, a 52-week high of $23.24 and $18.82 billion in market capitalization.

Losers

Access Midstream Partners LP (NYSE:ACMP) shares plunged 3.95 percent to $39.60 in post-market trading. The company Tuesday announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 9,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests of the Partnership.  

Pioneer Natural Resources Co. (NYSE:PXD) shares plunged 3.02 percent to $122.26 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Biomed Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE:BMR) shares declined 2.38 percent to $21.32 in post-market trading. The company announced that it has commenced a public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
