Gainers

Saks Inc. (SKS) shares surged 3.35 percent to $10.80 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading session after it was downgraded to an underperform rating from a neutral rating at Bank of America and Credit Suisse.

MasterCard Inc. (MA) shares surged 2.89 percent to $442.00 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that it had agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to settle the current U.S. merchant class litigation.

EXCO Resources Inc. (XCO) shares gained 2.43 percent to $7.17 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.65, a 52-week high of $16.70 and $1.52 billion in market capitalization.

Visa Inc. (V) shares advanced 2.27 percent to $126.91 in post-market trading. Visa announced Friday that it along with MasterCard and U.S. financial institution defendants had signed a memorandum of understanding to enter into a settlement agreement to resolve the Class Plaintiffs' claims in the multi-district interchange litigation (MDL).

Yanzhou Coal Mining Co, Ltd. (YZC) shares rose 1.84 percent to $15.50 in post-market trading.

Losers

New York & Co, Inc. (NWY) shares plunged 2.20 percent to $4.12 in post-market trading. The company stock climbed nearly 19 percent in regular trading after announcing that based on quarter-to-date performance and expectations for the balance of the quarter, it expected to exceed second quarter fiscal 2012 guidance.

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) shares fell 2.06 percent to $23.25 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.40, a 52-week high of $23.85 and $2.51 billion in market capitalization.

Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (BCEI) shares declined 1.92 percent to $15.50 in post-market trading.

VimpelCom Ltd. (VIP) shares declined 1.58 percent to $7.98 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $7.05, a 52-week high of $12.75 and $16.64 billion in market capitalization.

Accuride Corp. (ACW) shares declined 1.51 percent to $5.39 in post-market trading.
