Gainers

Suncor Energy Inc. (NYSE:SU) shares surged 5.08 percent to $47.20 in aftermarket trading session on Tuesday. Its shares declined 4.16 percent in regular trading as oil prices eased to below $105 a barrel on reports that reports that Gaddafi and Libyan rebel groups may be in negotiations to settle on a peace deal.

Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (NYSE:STP) shares advanced 3.89 percent to $9.35 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $383.4 million or $2.02 per ADS compared to $44.0 million or $0.24 per ADS in the same quarter a year-ago.

Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund, Inc. (NYSE:IIF) shares advanced 2.11 percent to $23.20 in post market trading session.

Regions Financing Corp. (NYSE:RF) shares advanced 2.09 percent to $7.80 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock gained more than 25 percent in the last 3 months.

Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE:FIG) shares advanced 1.87 percent to $6.00 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock gained more than 45 percent in the last five months.

Losers

Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE:WG) shares plunged 10.03 percent to $10.50 in post market trading session. The company announced plans to reschedule its fourth quarter and full-year 2010 earnings release.

Boston Beer Co, Inc. (NYSE:SAM) shares slumped 9.05 percent to $85.50 in aftermarket trading session as its fourth quarter earnings fell short of analysts’ expectations. Its fourth quarter net income rose to $12.2 million or $0.87 per share compared to $7.5 million or $0.52 per share in the same quarter last year, while analysts’ expected net income of $0.90 per share.

Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) shares declined 8.67 percent to $24.75 in pre-market trading session.

Renesola Ltd. (NYSE:SOL) shares declined 4.97 percent to $8.42 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that it plans to offer approximately US$175 million of its convertible senior notes due 2018.
