The company reported the second quarter net income of $13.9 million or $0.66 per share, up from $10.3 million or $0.50 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $0.66 per share, up from $0.53 per share last year and also topped Reuters’ estimate of $0.60 per share.
Vonage Holdings Corp. (VG) shares surged 4.94 percent to $2.55 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.63, a 52-week high of $3.16 and $536.68 million in market capitalization.
