The summers in New York City have been getting hotter. As we enter this year's summer season, the desire to shed more layers is sure to increase just as the parched mouth's longing for something cold and sweet. Well, here's a tip to staying healthy without compromising your mouth's integrity: frozen yogurt. A healthier alternative to ice cream, frozen yogurt is lower in fat, some even with none, and may be a little more tart.
