China TransInfo Technology Corp. (CTFO) surged 7.86 percent to $5.35 in the pre-market session.

Yongye International, Inc. (YONG) improved 7.52 percent to $8.72 in the pre-market session. The company's third quarter adjusted earnings were $18.3 million or 39 cents a share, up from $8.8 million or 27 cents a share last year. Sales rose to $71.8 million from $29.3 million. Analysts had expected profit of 35 cents a share on revenue of $54.5 million.

Yongye raised its full year 2010 revenue guidance to range of $200 million to $205 million from previous range of $180 million to $185 million. The company expects adjusted earnings of $1.07 to $1.12 a share. Analysts expect profit of $1.02 a share on revenue of $183.77 million.

Fuwei Films Holdings Co., Ltd. (FFHL) soared 7.20 percent to $2.68 in the pre-market trading. The company's third quarter earnings were $2.25 million or 17 cents a share, compared to $0.3 million last year. Sales rose 44.2 percent to $19.29 million.

Cerus Corp. (CERS) increased 5.47 percent to $2.70 in the pre-market trading. The company said Swiss regulatory body, Swissmedic, has approved the use of plasma components treated with Cerus’ Intercept Blood System.

Urban Outfitters Inc. (URBN) jumped 4.14 percent to $34.09 in the pre-market trading. The company's profit for third quarter was $73 million or 43 cents a share, up from $62.4 million or 36 cents a share last year. Sales rose 13 percent to $574 million. Analysts had expected profit of 42 cents a share on revenue of $582.90 million.

Cree Inc. (CREE) gained 1.95 percent to $54.90 in the pre-market trading.

Asia Entertainment & Resources Ltd. (AERL) grew 1.72 percent to $10.04 in the pre-market session. The company said it has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the profit interest in the operations of King’s Gaming Promotion Ltd. Following the completion of the KGP acquisition, AERL has about 22.5 million total shares outstanding.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) moved up 1.62 percent to $14.40 in the pre-market session.

NetApp, Inc. (NTAP) rose 1.43 percent to $54.70 in the pre-market trading.
