IMAX Corp. (IMAX) advanced 12.43 percent to $30.20 in the pre-market trading. Sony Corp. may be preparing to bid more than $40 a share for IMAX, the Daily Mail reported citing London traders. Walt Disney Co. may also be interested in bidding for IMAX.
BSQUARE Corp. (BSQR) surged 4.09 percent to $8.90 in the pre-market session. After reporting a very upbeat quarter in early November, BSQR has exploded to 8-year highs, more than doubling over the past two months. As such, buying in the name should only be done on pullbacks to the high $7s and low $8s. DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) moved down 0.19 percent to $5.36 in the pre-market session.
