Thoratec Corp. (THOR) plunged 17.32 percent to $25.59 in the pre-market session.

MakeMyTrip Limited (MMYT) plummeted 14.94 percent to $32.45 in the pre-market trading. The company's second quarter loss was $1.8 million or $0.07 a share, compared to profit of $19,100 or $0.001 a share last year. Revenue rose to $23.8 million from $17 million. The company expects fiscal 2011 revenue less service cost of $58 million to $61 million.

RINO International Corp. (RINO) lost 14.62 percent to $9.40 in the pre-market trading. The company's third quarter profit was $8.8 million or 31 cents a share, down from $17.1 million or 68 cents a share last year. Revenue declined 16.7 percent to $52.7 million. Analysts had expected profit of 42 cents a share on revenue of $55.46 million.

RINO lowered its fiscal 2010 revenue guidance to range of $203 million to $211 million from previous forecast of $221 million to $229 million. Analysts expect revenue of $222.99 million. Affected by reform and contracting cash flows in the iron & steel industry in China, the company is expecting softer demand for its services in the immediate future.

Codexis, Inc. (CDXS) declined 10.40 percent to $9.30 in the pre-market session.

Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (BSPM) dropped 8.92 percent to $2.86 in the pre-market trading. The company's third quarter profit was $3.4 million or 13 cents a share, compared to $3.1 million or 13 cents a share last year. Sales rose 29.7 percent to $20.2 million. Biostar reiterated its fiscal 2010 sales guidance of $80 million and net income outlook of $18 million.

Coleman Cable, Inc. (CCIX) moved down 8.60 percent to $5.21 in the pre-market trading.

BSD Medical Corp. (BSDM) fell 7.82 percent to $6.48 in the pre-market session. The company announced its registered direct offering of common stock and warrants in aggregate amount of $10.45 million.
