UK Prime Minister David Cameron will cut a vacation trip short and return to London overnight to chair an emergency meeting regarding the mounting riots in the country, following the first incident in Tottenham on Saturday.

Police cars and several business places have been set ablaze as the civil unrest continues to spread across London.

The unrest grew from the gritty Tottenham neighborhood where protestors were "demanding justice" for the killing of 29-year-old Mark Duggan, a father of four, who was killed on Thursday.

Around dusk on Saturday, approximately 120 people marched on the police station to express anger over Duggan's death. He was shot after police stopped the minicab he was driving in that day, according to media reports.

That riot has spilled over into other areas to include Enfield, north London, and other areas such as Hackey, Brixton, Peckham and Lewisham.
