Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, who died a month ago by a gunshot to the head was reported to have had very slight traces of cocaine, morphine and alcohol in his system at the time of his death by People magazine.

Ruffalo's toxicology results showed a very slight trace of cocaine and alcohol. He also had traces of morphine which could've have been due to prescription medication. All we can conclude from this is that he was not under the influence of drugs when he was shot due to the small amount, says Ed Winter the L.A. County Coroner spokesman, who adds that corners still maintain Ruffalo's death was a homicide.

Shaha Mishaal Adham turned herself to police days after the shooting in connection with the case. However her lawyer, Ronald Richards, provided evidence that the Ruffalo died from playing Russian roulette which lead to her release.

There has not been any new arrest and Beverly Hills police are still investigating the case.
