Is Toya Wright throwing shade at Tamar Braxton?

The two have reportedly called off their friendship and it looks like a reconciliation is not on the horizon. Wright took to Instagram to share a photo of her friend Kandi Burruss, who recently made a guest appearance on “The Real.” In the caption for the photo, Wright said: “My boo will be stopping @therealdaytime today! Make sure u guys tune in. #friendssupportfriends cc: @kandiburruss.”

Could Wright be taking a jab at Braxton? It is worth noting that Wright reportedly hinted in her book, entitled “In My Words… My Reality,” that she could never guest on a show which a friend used to co-host. After the friend exited the show, however, Wright said her publicist immediately got her a stint. Wright also said that she and her friend no longer communicate, and they never spoke about the reason why her friend left the show.

Wright appeared on the third season of “The Real,” and shortly after her appearance, Braxton reportedly unfollowed her on Instagram. Monica, who is also a friend of the two, also guested on the show. Braxton also reportedly unfollowed the singer after her appearance.

Braxton, however, denied that the purging of her “following” list had anything to do with her former show. The singer said she simply did not want to see their posts on her feed anymore because “they post too much.”

Braxton was fired from “The Real” before the show premiered its third season. The singer-reality star detailed the firing during an interview with Steve Harvey. She maintains that she was blindsided and that no reason for her firing was given. Fans will still be able to see the singer give her opinion on different topics, though, as she was offered to host her own talk show. The show, which will be produced by Harvey, will start airing next year.
