Trafficmaster Plc, the vehicle navigation provider, today announced its return to profit in the first half ended 30th June 2006, and predicts continued profitable growth for the second half.

A year ago the group made a loss of £475,000, now its pre tax profits stand at £1.69m. There was also a reported 20% rise in revenue from £19.69m in 2005 to £23.64m.

The Chairman of Trafficmaster said in a statement: “With the benefit of further key programmes due for rollout in the coming months, we believe Trafficmaster is well placed to build on this performance and continue its profitable growth during the second half of 2006.”
