“True Blood” is back in full swing. The HBO series is in its seventh and final season Sunday, June 22, introducing a brand new threat to the Bon Temps gang and a frightening new mystery.

The drama will continue to unfold when episode 2, “I Found You,” airs on Sunday, June 29 at 9 p.m. EDT. But fortunately fans don’t have to wait until then to get their taste of V. Two sneak peek clips have been released online to hold you over.

Sneak Peek Video 1

The first sneak peek clip shows Andy, Jason, Sookie and Alcide teaming up to investigate the disappearance of somebody.

“Got her in the middle of a g** d*** pizza dinner,” Andy says to the rest of the group as he observes the house.

The big question for Sookie is how long ago the disappearance happened. While Andy doesn’t know, Jason surprisingly has the answer. Sniffing the pizza and then taking a bite, Jason informs him the girl went missing 2 1/2 days ago.

“Looks like they stick with one town,” he explains, still munching on the old pizza. “Hit it again and again until the jobs over and move onto the next.”

If Jason’s “pizza forensics are to be trusted,” that would mean that house that they are investigating was one of the last houses hit by the Hep-V vampires before they attacked Bon Temps.

Sneak Peek Video 2

The second video clip from episode 2, “I Found You,” shows Sookie disregarding any threats by strutting through the cemetery at night! Walking up to the old Compton mansion, Sookie knocks on the door looking for Bill.

Without a greeting, Sookie asks her ex-boyfriend if he’s still able to sense her fear. But Bill’s wary to answer.

“Why you here?” he asks, looking behind her, probably for Alcide.

“If I got myself into some serious s*** would you be able to feel me?” she questions him again.

As we previously reported, episode 2 of “True Blood’s” seventh and final season will check in on the hostages from the Bellefleur attack -- Arlene, Holly and pregnant Nicole. Sam, Andy and the others have developed a search party to find them; however, the gruesome death of Kevin in the premiere hinted they’re running out of time. Fortunately the hostages may have a way out thanks to a “familiar face.”

Back in Bon Temps, everyone will be working together to clean up the town. But Sookie and Jason will be leading a search party to investigate the neighboring town of St. Alice after the body of a resident turned up. Their investigation unfortunately turn up a frightening discovery.

Tara won’t be forgotten by episode 2. Lettie Mae will continue to grieve for her daughter, and it sounds like she’ll be resorting to her former addiction to reconnect with her.
