In a weird turn of events typical of 2017, Danielle Bregoli, the internet star who became an overnight sensation after a stint on "Dr. Phil," officially has a connection to U.S. President Donald Trump.

Bregoli, the teen who appeared on "Dr. Phil" with her mother and coined the slang phrase “cash me ousside,” was spotted recently with a security team whose members previously managed crowds at rallies for Trump, TMZ reported Thursday.

The security and concierge team Guardian Security handled crowd control for Florida rallies for Trump during his campaign. The security company also protects high-profile clients like Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown, according to TMZ. It offers uniformed and unarmed services for commercial and residential security purposes.

Two particular guards received praise from the internet celebrity — Frank and Joe — both of whom have been present at Trump events.

Bregoli, 13, shot into the spotlight after appearing on the television show in September over issues with her mother. At one point, when frustrated by the audience's reaction, she shouted her now-famous motto: “Cash me outside, how 'bout dah?”

Since then, the teen has put her celebrity to work, starting feuds with reality star veterans like Kylie Jenner and Honey Boo-Boo, according to SF Gate. Bregoli even went so far as to call out Dr. Phil — who has hosted the show since 2002 — in a follow-up segment.

When asked about the attention she was receiving online, Bregoli responded, “I guess what’s good for you is I made you just like how Oprah made you. You were nothin’ before I came on this show.”

Other celebrities have called out Bregoli on social media, including rapper Soulja Boy. The musician labeled the teenager ugly when Bregoli instigated a Twitter feud with him.

“I made more money this week than you did last year. Go cuddle with your Draco,” Bregoli tweeted.
