"Twilight" actor Kiowa Gordon was arrested early Monday morning in Tempe, Ariz., TMZ reports.
The entertainment news site said Gordon was arrested for an active warrant stemming from a drug paraphernalia possession arrest in 2010 -- not for DUI, as previously reported by some media outlets.
The 21-year-old actor is best known for playing the shape-shifting werewolf Embry Call in the "Twilight" film series. The most recent installment in the series, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," grossed nearly $700 million worldwide.
The film adaptation of the last novel has been broken into two parts. "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" will be released on Nov. 18, with "Part 2" out on Nov. 16, 2012.
Gordon's arrest is the latest in a series of celebrity run-ins with the law. On Sunday, OutKast rapper Big Boi was arrested in Miami for drug possession, with reports that the 36-year-old had MDMA powder, ecstasy pills and Viagra, among other items.
Farrah Fawcett's son Redmond O'Neal was arrested on Aug. 2 on suspicion of drug possession. DJ Samantha Ronson was arrested the day before for driving under the influence.
