The self-proclaimed Ultra-Modern Club in the heart of New York City, Vin-Tich Lounge, at 3950 10th Ave in the Inwood section of Manhattan, was the host to an early morning fight on Sunday that left two police officers injured.

Around 4:30 a.m., a fight broke out inside the club. Patrons allegedly began throwing bottles and someone sprayed mace. The fight spilled into the middle of the street.

Two police officers responded to the scene. An officer approached the melee and was apparently hit by an object and lost a tooth, according to DNAinfo.com. The man who injured the officers was taken into custody. The other officer suffered a concussion. Police officials were unable to give status updates about the injured police officers.

Vin-Tich's Twitter feed indicated that New York Yankees Robinson Cano was allegedly at the club. It is unclear if he was involved in the fight. Vin-Tich representatives also did not immediately respond to an email regarding the incident.
