A New Mexico man faces multiple charges after he broke into a mobile home, stole a batch of dwarf pornography DVDs and set fire to the residence, according to the Smoking Gun.

Sergio Seanez, 18, and his accomplice, Daniel Rios, 17, used a rock to break into a home in Chaparral, N.M., the Las Cruces Sun-News reported. Once inside, the pair proceeded to steal television sets, stereo speakers and “multiple DVDs related to midget pornography.”

Here’s what the dynamic duo swiped, according to the official complaint obtained by the Smoking Gun: “2 television sets, 2 stereo cabinet speakers without covers, 1 black office refrigerator, 1 microwave oven, 1 dehydrator, 1 document organizer, 1 small table, 1 oval mirror with a gold color frame approximately 3’x4’ in dimension, Multiple DVD’s relating to Midget Pornography, 1 Spartacus DVD set and 1 Yamaha six string acoustic guitar.”

Seanez then set a fire that destroyed the victim’s home and car.

After an informant went to the police, Seanez admitted he had stolen and sold some of the items. When police executed a search warrant, they found the mirror and the porn DVDs, according to the Las Cruces Sun-News.

Seanez has been indicted on felony charges of arson, residential burglary, breaking and entering, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, because he “enticed” Rios to take part in the deed, according to the official complaint.

Seanez’s case is scheduled for a hearing in court Monday, the Smoking Gun reported.
