The United Kingdom released the jobs report for August, reflecting unchanged claimant count rate, where unemployment stood still at 4.9% better than the expected 5% rate.
Moreover, the jobless Claims declined beyond expectations to 20.3K from the previous 37.1K, better than the expected 35.0K.
In addition, the average annual weekly earning from the three months ending in July, came in line with expectations at 2.1% but below the previous of 2.2%. The annual weekly earnings excluding bonus for the three months ending in July retreated to 2.1% from the prior 2.2%, in line with the expected estimate.
On the other hand, the ILO unemployment rate for the three months ending in July stood still at 7.9% in line with the expected unchanged rate.
