FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Consumer lending seems to have picked up against expectations in the United Kingdom in November, according to data released by the Bank of England.

Total consumer lending rose by GBP 1.5 billion in November from GBP 1.2 billion in October, revised from the GBP 1.3 billion previously estimated.

November's reading has beaten the analysts forecasts, who had advanced a GBP 1.0 billion rise.
