The United Kingdom released the advanced reading for the gross domestic product for the third quarter showing that the kingdom's economy grew 0.5% in the third quarter from the previous 0.1% seen in the second quarter, better than the expected 0.3% expansion.

Moreover, the annual gross domestic product also reflected better growth over annual basis, where the economy grew 0.5% in the third quarter compared with the 0.6% expansion in the second quarter, yet better than the expected 0.4% expansion.
