House prices inclined for the first time in the United Kingdom in 21 months as buyers rushed to own houses before the new property-tax proposed by the British government comes to application, according to Hometrack Ltd.

The cost of houses in England and Wales rose on average 0.2% from the previous month according to Hometrack Ltd.

The prices mostly increased in London, as the houses added 0.5%, but in other regions only four areas out of ten posted incline in the prices in the related period.
