U.K. house prices rose in February below estimates

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said U.K. house prices rose in February below forecasts as many people sold their homes providing clues property market is losing ground due to weak demand and waning recovery. Percentage of first-time buyers who are predicted to enter the property market in the coming year dropped to 25.8% in the first quarter of 2010.
