FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The Conference Board's Leading Index has grown 0.2% in October, following a 0,1% decrease in September, according to the private institute which elaborates the research.

After three consecutive declines, the UK leading economic index has grown 0.2% in October with Stock prices and productivity being the best performers, the only negative contribution came from yield spread. The six-month growing average has slowed down to 0.2% from the 1.5 to 2.5 percent pace in the first half of the year.

The coincident index has grown again, this time 0.1% with all indicators except retail sales posting gains.
