FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - M4 rose by 1.0% in United Kingdom in September, while on yearly basis it increased by 12.8%, according to the latest report by Bank of England.

August's monthly data was upwardly revised to the level of 1.3% from the 1.2% previously estimated. The results came out higher than market expectations, which anticipated a 0.9% increase in the month and 12.5% with respect to the same period from last year.

These provisional figures show that M4 rose to the level of 17.0 billion pounds, in seasonally adjusted terms, which is below the last six months average flow of 17.6 billion pounds.
