FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - M4 rose by 0.1% in November in the United Kingdom, while on yearly basis it increased by 11.1%, according to the latest report by the Bank of England.
The result came out well below market expectations which anticipated an increase by 0.4% in the month and a hike by 11.6% compared with November 2006. M4 increased by 0.2% on monthly basis and by 11.8% on yearly basis in October.
M4 lending rose by 0.8% in November and by 12.9% on yearly basis. The change in sterling billions declined to the level of 16.7 billions in November from the 19.2 billions posted in October.
