FXstreet.com (Barcelona) The Purchasing Manager Index in the United Kingdom has improved in December against expectations but still remind in the negatived field, according to data provided by NTC Economics.

UK PMI has increased slightly to 40.2 in December from 40.1 in November. Market expectations was 40.1 pts in December.

Remind that all data above 50 in PMI index shows activity expansion, on the other hand, data below 50 pts is considered as activity contraction.
