A Texas man is facing misdemeanor charges after he attached a picture of his penis along with his resume while applying for a job through a state agency.
A caseworker with Texas Workforce Solutions’ Dallas office found the penis photo and a job application while checking her email Friday morning, the Dallas Observer reported. The 25-year-old caseworker called police, and the man was given a ticket for obscene display or distribution -- a misdemeanor.
“I think I know why he can’t find a job,” Dallas police spokesman Demarquis Black told the website.
