A woman taking a nap in Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport said that she woke up to a United Airlines employee kicking her in the head, as reported by KPRC Wednesday.

Lindsey Urbani was en route to Belize with a layover in Houston Saturday night going into Sunday morning. She was taking a nap in the nondenominational chapel of the United Airlines terminal when she was awakened suddenly. She alleged that a man kicked her in the head before telling her she could not sleep there. She also said he rolled out a prayer rug and began praying. When asked, he did not tell her his name. As he was leaving, she took photos of him.

“I was woken up by someone kicking me in the head. I immediately got up and asked the person why he had did that,” Urbani said. “His response was that he didn’t want me to miss my flight, to which I told him I didn’t need him to do that.”

Since then, she has filed a police report and told United Airlines about the incident.

“We have spoken with Ms. Urbani and we are very concerned by the experience she shared with us,” United Airlines said in a statement. “We are urgently reviewing the matter to further understand what happened. The employee has been suspended while we review the incident.”

This is one of the latest in a series of incidents involving United Airlines.

In late March, United Airlines made headlines after two girls wearing leggings were not allowed to board a flight to Minneapolis leaving from Denver International Airport. The incident was live-tweeted by Shannon Watts. United Airlines defended themselves in a statement, saying the passengers were “pass travelers,” indicating they were relatives or friends of a United Airlines worker and had to follow a dress code.

In early April, United Airlines faced severe backlash after David Dao, 69, was dragged off a flight to make room for United personnel. He lost two front teeth and obtained a concussion and a broken nose. Video footage of the incident on Flight 3411 at Chicago’s O’Hare airport was released online, generating millions of views. United Airlines issued an apology to Dao and the two parties reached a settlement after the incident.

Video footage from July 2015 has recently been released showing a United Airlines employee shoving Ronald Tigner, 71, to the floor. The footage was shown late Tuesday night on KPRC. The incident occurred at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the same airport where Urbani alleges she was kicked in the head by a United employee. Tigner is suing United Airlines and two employees. United issued an apology and revealed the employee no longer worked with the company.

After the video of Dao hit the internet, complaints against United Airlines increased by 70%.
