The University of Michigan released its final estimate for confidence in February, where consumer confidence slightly eased to 73.6 from the prior reported estimate of 73.7 and below median estimates of 73.9, where the economic conditions index retreated to 81.8 from 84.1, while the economic outlook index slightly improved to 68.4 from 66.9.

The 1-year inflation expectations index remained unchanged at 2.7%, while the 5-year inflation expectations index slightly eased to 2.7% from 2.8%.
