FXstereet.com (Barcelona) - May has been a positive month for the US labour market, which has posted a considerable volume of work creation, against expectations, according to the latest non-farm employment report by ADP.

Non-farm private employment has increased by 40K in May, whereas market analysts had advanced a decrease of about 30K. April's estimate has been revised up to a 13K increase form the 10K previously estimated.

The services sector has been the largest contributor on job creation in May, with 77,000 new jobs, while employment in the goods producing sector declined by 37,000, and manufacturing employment fell by 26,000 posting its 21st consecutive decline.
