FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - April was a positive month for employment, as, against the market expectations of a considerable decline, the ADP has advanced an increase in private jobs creation, according to their latest monthly report.

Non-farm employment has increased by 10,000 in April from March, in seasonally adjusted terms, instead of the 70,000 net loss of employment forecasted by the economists. The 8,000 increase published in March has been revised down to 3,000.

The services sector, as usual was the strongest in job creation terms, posting a 64,000 increase, while manufacturing, and goods producing sectors have posted losses of employment by 26,000 and 54,000 respectively.
