US annualized fourth quarter GDP expanded cheerfully to 5.9%; better than the prior growth rate and forecasted growth of 5.7%, while GDP Price Index for the same period plunged to 0.4%, which is worse than the predicted reading and prior reading of 0.6%.

However, the fourth quarter Personal Consumption plummeted to 1.7%; worse than the forecasted and prior readings of 2.0%, whereas the Core PCE throughout the same period rose cheerfully to 1.6%, which is actually better than the predicted reading and prior readings of 1.4%.
