FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - New orders for manufactured durable goods rose by 0.1%, which implies a monthly rise of 200 million dollars in November, while excluding transportation, orders declined by 0.7%, according to the latest information by the US Census Bureau.

The results came out well bellow market expectations of a 2.0% increase in orders and excluding transportation the analysts had anticipated a 0.5% increase. In October the orders declined by 0.4% and excluding transportation the drop was of 0.9%. Excluding the defense sector, orders rose by 1,2% in November.
