The US released its Existing Home Sales for September showing an incline as it came in at 5.57 million; better than the forecasted reading of 5.35 million and the prior revised reading of 5.09 million from 5.10 million, while as percentage wise it climbed to 9.4%, which is better than the expected reading of 4.9% and the prior revised reading of -2.9% from -2.7%.

In fact, the single family home sales rose to 9.4% from -3.0% and condos sales rose to 9.7% from -3.0%, while that the median prices for single family homes plunged slightly to $174,900 from $177,100 and for condos prices plummeted to $175,100.
