The US released its Initial Jobless Claims for September 26 showing an incline as it came in at 551 thousand; worse than the expected reading of 535 thousand and the prior revised reading of 534 thousand from 530 thousand, whereas the Continuing Claims for September 19 plummeted to 6090 thousand, which is of course better than the predicted reading of 6170 thousand and the prior revised reading of 6160 thousand from 6138 thousand.
