The U.S. economy added 175,000 jobs in February, the Labor Department said on Friday. The unemployment rate ticked up to 6.7% from 6.6%, the department added. Analysts had expected the economy to add 140,000 jobs. The report said hourly average wages rose 9 cents to $24.31, but average workweek hours fell modestly to 34.2 hours.
