FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The Conference Board's Leading Index has increased 0.3% in October, its third increase in six months alter having decreased 0.8% on the previous month, revised down from the initial 0.6% decrease.

Seven out of the ten indexes have posted increases in September. vendor performance, average weekly initial claims for unemployment insurance (inverted) and stock prices have been the largest positive contributors, while the negative ones have been building permits and interest rate spread.

The Coincident Index has grown 0.2% following a 0.1% increase in July, while the Lagging Index has increased 0.5% after a 0.3% increase in August.
