FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Activity in the US manufacturing sector has expanded slightly in November, practically at the same pace as it did in the previous month, which makes its tenth consecutive increase, according to the latest ISM report.

Manufacturing grew at a 50.8 pace in November, slightly slower than October's 50.9 reading, on a gauge that shows acceleration in numbers over 50, and contraction otherwise.

Down to its main components, new orders sub index posted 52.6 n November, slightly up from 52.5 posted in October, while ISM's production index rose to 51.9 from 49.6 in October and the employment index posted the weakest performance decreasing 4.2 points to a reading of 47.8.
