John Kerry speech-attendees beware: Stun-gun maker TASER International today announced that it received a follow-on order from the U.S. Marshals Service law enforcement agency.
The order is for 350 Taser X26 electronic control devices from California-based Aardvark Tactical Inc., the TASER GSA distributor of products for the U.S. government. The order came in during the third quarter, but the devices will ship in the fourth quarter of 2007.
The company, a market leader in advanced electronic control devices primarily used in the law enforcement and military realms, has made a steady vault forward since late April, but has remained bouncing between support at the 14 level and resistance at the 17 level.
Shares are currently trading at $17.03, up 0.59%, nearly $2 above its 10-day moving average and $3 above its 20-day moving average.
