The U.S economy revealed its retail sales figures during the month of May to show that monthly basis Advanced Retail Sales plunged by 0.2% down from prior climb of 0.5% better than the drop of 0.5% forecasted.

As for Retails Sales Less Auto, they rose during May by 0.3% below the prior climb of 0.6% while markets expected the rate to fall reaching 0.2%, Retail Sales Less Auto & Gas rose by 0.3% which is better than the prior climb and median estimates of 0.2%.
