The U.S economy released this morning its weekly jobs report to reveal that Initial Jobless claims dropped during the week ending in December 25th climbed from prior reading of 422 thousand after revision to reach 388 thousand claims, which is better than the expected 415 thousand claims.

As for Continuing Claims, it climbed from the prior reading of 4071 thousand after revision during the week ending in December 18th to reach 4128 thousand, continuous claims came in worse than the expected 4084 thousand.
