USA Video Interactive Corp., a designer and marketer digital media technologies, including digital watermarking products that allow producers and distributors to invisibly protect their content, recently announced the appointment of Bruce M. Goedde, Jr. to the company’s advisory board. In this role, Mr. Goedde will collaborate with senior management, advisors and consultants to develop the company’s new business plan focusing on realizing recurring revenue streams, expanding market traction and increasing shareholder value.

As one of the pioneers in digital media, Mr. Goedde, Jr. founded and served as the chief executive officer for one of the leading children’s interactive media companies and built strategic relationships with premier international digital media brands, such as Apple Computer, NEC, Bertelsmann, Yahoo! and Creative Labs. Utilizing his strategic planning, finance and business development expertise along with his extensive digital media industry experience, he has also successfully financed an Internet domain name monetization business and an Internet marketing and promotions company.
