Two of the best teams in the 2013 World Baseball Classic are set to face off on Thursday Night.

Team USA will play the Dominican Republic for a chance to advance to the semifinals. The winner will take on either two-time defending champion Japan or the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Monday. The loser will play Puerto Rico on Friday for a second shot at reaching the third round.

The Round 2 matchup is scheduled for 7 p.m. eastern time on Thursday at Marlins Park. MLB Network and ESPN Deportes will carry the game, but viewers with certain cable providers will able to watch a free live stream online at worldbaseballclassic.com.

The U.S. will send R.A. Dickey to the mound. The Toronto Blue Jays starter struggled in his one WBC appearance, allowing four runs in four innings.

For the Dominican Republic, Samuel Deduno will take the hill. The Minnesota Twins reliever threw four shutout innings on Saturday against Spain.

The United States will look to become the first team to beat the D.R. They have outscored their opponents by 12 runs in four games.
