The currency couple depreciated from 78.03 to 77.62 yesterday, closing the day at 77.65. This morning the Dollar descended further against the Yen, dropping down to 77.45. On the 1 hour chart the downward channel has diminished the channel angle, while on the 3 hour chart the downward channel looks good. Break above yesterday's top and nearest resistance 78.03 would encourage further recovery of the Dollar. Immediate support is today's bottom at 77.45, and consistent break bellow it could strengthen the Yen further down towards next target 76.61. Today is Japan Housing starts at 5 GMT.
